At 1:38 p.m. (18:38 UTC) a nurse called 911 and at 1:45 p.m. a bodyguard administered CPR before she was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital at 2:10 p.m and pronounced dead at 2:49 p.m. She was later pronounced dead upon arrival. Smith’s boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, was with her when she died and has reported to Entertainment Tonight that her temperature was running high the night before.[19][20][21][22]

LOS ANGELES - (02/06/07) — Vivid Entertainment, the world’s leading adult film studio, says it has paid $1-million to acquire rights to a video tape featuring the sexual exploits of raven-haired Hollywood socialite Kim Kardashian and her then boyfriend, hip hop star Ray J.The company said the DVD titled “Kim Kardashian Superstar” will be in stores February 28, 2007. It will also be available online on the same day at www.vivid.com or www.kimksuperstar.com and will include additional footage not on the DVD.
Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch said the company obtained the video from a third party but did not identify the person or entity. “We are comfortable that we have the legal right to distribute this video, despite what others may say,” says Mr. Hirsch.
“I’ve seen the video and it’s really great,” says Mr. Hirsch. “It has over 30-minutes of explicit sex that fans of erotica will find very appealing featuring two young and glamorous high profile celebrities. Apparently, the video was shot by Ray J about three years ago when he and Kim were in a relationship. The production is crystal clear and viewers will definitely get their money’s worth. If either Kim or Ray J would like to discuss the video with us we would be happy to do so,” he added.
The beautiful and curvaceous Ms. Kardashian, 26, was reported to have dated Ray J for about three years. She is a fashion retailer who co-owns the popular store “Dash” in Calabasas with her two sisters Kourtney and Khloe. She is the daughter of the late attorney Robert Kardashian, who defended O.J. Simpson in his murder trial. Her stepfather is 1976 Olympic decathlon gold medallist Bruce Jenner. Often covered by the entertainment and gossip press, Ms. Kardashian frequently attends Hollywood events with her celebrity pals, including best friend, Paris Hilton. Ms. Hilton made headlines a couple of years ago with her own sex tape.

After loading her shopping bags into the trunk of her Range Rover, Hilton says good-bye to Kardashian and starts to back out of the parking spot without her seat belt on — another violation of law.
Hilton checks her mirrors and looks around, but apparently doesn’t notice the parked Honda Civic behind her and slams into the bumper, causing damage to both vehicles.
Hilton then exits the public parking structure without leaving a note with her contact information, which is a misdemeanor under California law, punishable by as much as six months in jail.
This latest incident is just another in a series of Hilton-related car mishaps.

By Associated PressSAN ANTONIO (AP) - An Air Force staff sergeant who posed nude for Playboy magazine has been relieved of her duties while the military investigates, officials said Thursday.
In February’s issue, hitting newsstands this week, Michelle Manhart is photographed in uniform yelling and holding weapons under the headline “Tough Love.” The following pages show her partially clothed, wearing her dog tags while working out, as well as completely nude.
“This staff sergeant’s alleged action does not meet the high standards we expect of our airmen, nor does it comply with the Air Force’s core values of integrity, service before self, and excellence in all we do,” Oscar Balladares, spokesman for Lackland Air Force Base, said in a statement.
Manhart told Playboy that she considers herself as standing up for her rights.
“Of what I did, nothing is wrong, so I didn’t anticipate anything, of course,” Manhart, 30, told The Associated Press. “I didn’t do anything wrong, so I didn’t think it would be a major issue.”
Manhart, who is married with two children, joined the Air Force in 1994, spending time in Kuwait in 2002. She trains airmen at Lackland.
