Lindsay Lohan is looking better everyday. See, rehab does a body good! Lindsay appeared on the red carpet wearing a dreamy blue dress…it was dreamy because she wasn’t wearing a bra and there was a lot of boob to see. We haven’t seen that much from her in ages.
